In addition, all games need to be finalized the Monday prior to the games that occur that week. Changes after this will not be accepted as the games go out to the Ref Assignors on Monday Night at 11pm.
Game cancellations need a minimum of 3 hours before game time to not incur referee fees. To avoid last minute issues, it is recommended that you retrieve the opposing coach’s cell phone number so that you are able to contact them immediately. |
| Premier Team Reschedule Request | Premier Rescheduling | For any game that needs to be rescheduled, we ask that you keep the following in mindWith limited field space and a shortage of referees, issues such as game day trainer availability may not be able to be accommodate for rescheduled games Review the schedule and propose times that do not leave more than 10 minutes between games. Please try to keep the games within the referee blocks that are denoted by A or B (column B) Chat with Managers of the existing games and see if anyone is willing to swap times Submit all requests using the following form. You should get a response within 2 days.
